Rubber Ducky Travel Tips is my version of Elf on the Shelf. Rubber Ducky is always looking for inexpensive, fun things to do wherever he goes!
Rubber Ducky got to sit on a cannon on the USS Constitution that sits in the Boston Harbor. The USS Constitution is the oldest active military ship in the entire world. It was built in 1797.
Boston is about as close as you can get to the feeling you get in Europe just because of how much history surrounds you in the city. Make sure to download the free app for the Freedom Trail that has a map for you to follow with explanations about each stop.
Some other recommendations for things to do in Boston are:
- Bleacher Bar to watch a Red Sox game at Fenway – without having to buy a ticket!
- Great micro-brewery named Boston Beer Works by The Garden where the Bruins and Celtics play.
- See the Memorial set up for the victims of the Boston Marathon Bombing in Copley Square.
