What’s your emotional overflow?

Posted on September 21, 2013

You have an impact on everyone you come in contact with. Whatever you’re feeling is more than likely going to spill over onto them. The closer you are to people, the more of your emotional overflow they will receive.

Your immediate family is the most sensitive to your overflow. If you’re constantly spilling negative emotions onto your family, they might feel like they’re always walking on eggshells around you.

What’s the most common emotion you feel? Stress? Joy? Anger? Peace?

Think about what you overflow to everyone you meet today, and strive to make it positive emotions.

How do you feel when other’s negative emotions flow on to you?
